Asalamu Alaikum Bro Sis,
In my experience the hardest part of subtitling is synchronizing the subtitle with the video and then of course the second hard part is catching what brother Ali said in lightning speed (you know wht im sayin :D).
Fortunately, a synchronized subtitle can be used for any language, you just need to replace the text with your own language. And lookin to our translation collection (see table below), we already have 10 out of 15 vlog. This mean that if we can share our subtitle file here (.srt/.txt) we can help each other bypassing the painful syhncronization process for at least 10 video in each language. All we have to do changing the text. Of course if the subtitle file come in English it will twice helping, since we dont have to watch the video while changing the text (e.g: If i got the german text, I still need watching the video, cos I dont speak German) .
So my suggestion, let us share our subtitle file somewhere, and let translators from different language use them for a template. What d you think?
